Charred earth, berries, and spice. Interesting combination. The finish holds loosely to the charred earth, berries, and spice while adding in some watered-down coffee and a bit of milk chocolate.
The retrohale brings out some sweeter berries, less charred earth, and caramel. Not too shabby.
Rusted Root’s “Virtual Reality” bounces around in my head today. I first heard it on the Twister soundtrack. Excellent musicianship with a decent helping of fun. I dig it.
Speaking of virtual reality, I haven’t been able to get into VR gaming. I’ve tried a few times, but I find it kind of boring. Old school, I guess.
The burn requires help from time to time. I don’t mind helping out, but I would rather not.
Back to virtual reality for just a second. Is that already old? I see people asking ChatGPT a bunch of questions whenever I venture around social media. Most questions I see are fairly useless, but that seems like a whole other thing now. I haven’t done it. Probably won’t. Again, old school, I guess.
What does artificial intelligence (AI) think about virtual reality? Also, is there a battle between virtual reality and AI coming? I’m guessing we won’t be around for that, or at least not much of it. It’s a shame really.
Ash hangs on well. Smoke fills the room with wood, spice, and touches of chocolate and sweetness.
The good stuff in the pulls slowly begins to fade, and it starts to get a bit boring.
I’m probably supposed to be excited about AI and the idea of ever-advancing robots, but I’m just not. I struggle to not think, “That sounds like it could probably destroy us rather quickly and dispassionately.”
Anyway. Not a bad cigar.
SMOKE TIME: 1 hr. 51 mins.
