UNITED CIGARS MADURO TORO (6 x 54)

WRAPPER: MEXICAN SAN ANDRÉS

BINDER: DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

FILLER: DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

An initially snug draw loosens up within a few minutes, and milk chocolate, oak, and spice pour through. The same three amigos hang out together on the finish. Earth dominates the retrohale, allowing in the slightest bit of oak.

Quite a generous smoke output.

A fairly solid ash holds on well to a fairly straight burn line. Good enough.

Coffee and maple syrup remnants work their way into the draw as chocolate fades and blends into the syrup. Spice drops a few notches.

The finish transitions to coffee and dark chocolate. Reminds me of how I take my coffee…with chocolate milk. Like a real man. I might pair this cigar with my coffee next time around.

SMOKE TIME: 2 hrs. 6 mins.

RATING: 3.25 / 4 - Like a real man.
