FAMILY X LOYALTY SKOLL GRAN TORO (6 x 54)
WRAPPER: BRAZILIAN CUBRA
BINDER: NICARAGUA
FILLER: NICARAGUA

Skoll’s dance begins with earth and spice up front, which melts into vanilla and chocolate, both subtle. The finish has a lot of spice, a gulp of coffee, and a bit of dirt. Out the nose comes a good helping of spice, followed by a clean earthy sweep.
Sweep. Reminds me of The Karate Kid. “Sweep the leg.” I couldn’t get into Cobra Kai. It seems forced. Anyway.
Smooth draw with a generous smoke output. Sweet wood and spice float around the room.
Sweet tobacco and milk chocolate begin to form a solid and subtle core from pull to finish. Nice.

Cherry finds its way into the mix, adding a nice sweet tartness to the already sweet tobacco and chocolate. Spice drops out, allowing Skoll to explore a bit more smoothness.
The finish smooths out as well with coffee and semi-sweet chocolate. The burn moves along independently. I dig this cigar.

SMOKE TIME: 1 hr. 52 mins.
RATING: 3.25 / 4 - Sweep the leg.
